So, that Super 44 cocktail made up by Jon Bruce of Katz Chop House in Leavenworth? It's a mix-up that incorporates the Colts and the Saints with about 1.5 ounces Herradura tequila (representing the Colts with it's horse shoe label), a splash of Benedictine liquor (representing the Saints with the St. Benedictine order of monks), mixed over ice with a squeeze of lemon. Strain and serve in a martini glass with a twist of lemon and a cherry. Enjoy the big game and remember to wash your hands!
